🏊 New Travel Mode: Swim

Later this year Citymapper will get an aquatic boost - a new feature to help you get around, using your city's waterways. 

So brush off your goggles and flippers, as we will soon be showing you the most direct swimmable route, whether that's via river, canal or sea 🌊

1️⃣ Plan a trip

2️⃣ Select the Swim option

3️⃣ Put on your swimsuit and GO! 

Please note, Citymapper does not accept responsibility for any adverse health effects that come from drinking river water

🛟 Safety first! 

The only thing we care about more than finding you the best aquatic adventure is your safety! While swimming, we ask that you: 

⬅️ Stay on the left at all times 
🚤 Give right of way to any vessels on the water, including ferries, barges, canal boats and paddleboarders
🦢 Be careful not to disturb the swans - they may bite!
