London Tube strike 21 – 24 April

We're gearing up for planned Tube strikes on all lines, set to start on Tuesday 21 until Friday 24 April 😢 The week is shaping up to be a bit of a rollercoaster! 🎢

Normal service transitioning to reduced service as the strike approaches. Expect delays later in the morning.

⚠️ Tue 21 (Afternoon) to Wed 22 (Morning)

Severe disruption on all lines.

🔄 Wed 22 (Afternoon) to Thu 23 (Morning)

Disruption likely as service resumes.
Normal service expected on Thursday morning, once again transitioning to reduced service as the strike approaches.

⚠️ Thu 23 (Afternoon) to Fri 24 (Morning)

Severe disruption returns on all lines.

↗️ Fri 24 (Afternoon) until End of Day

Services resume. Continued disruptions expected as service returns to normal.

🛑 Key line closures

While all lines are expected to have a reduced service with significant disruption, the following are expected to have no service:

Piccadilly & Circle lines
Metropolitan line between Baker Street and Aldgate
Central line between White City and Liverpool Street

🚌 Buses

Fri 24 April:

From 05:00 Fri until 05:00 Sat, bus strikes are planned on a few east London routes: 8, 25, 205, 425, N8, N25 and N205.
Expect delays, cancellations and very busy services.

✅ Elizabeth line, DLR, trams and most bus routes

Other TfL services will be running normally.

👆🏽 Services that do run are likely to be extremely busy. Stations shared with underground services may be impacted by overcrowdedness and lack of staff, leading to unexpected closures.
