Get tickets for CARTA with Citymapper

You can now buy mobile tickets for all CARTA services in the Citymapper app.

Here’s how it’s done…

Open the ticket store

Tap any of the ticket buttons throughout the app, then select CARTA under Buy Tickets.

We’ve got tickets for rides, days, weeks, and months for all rider types.

Your Citymapper account keeps your tickets safe. It’s free and easy to sign up at checkout.

Tap any of the ticket buttons again to find your purchased tickets.

Tap the ticket you want to use, then tap Activate to make it valid for travel. You must be online to activate these tickets.

As you board the bus, show the ticket to the driver.

You don't need to scan or show your ticket to exit.
