1. Enter Your Destination

Citymapper will show you all the ways to get there — buses, trains, your bike, shared bikes, and MetroConnect.

2. Book Your Ride

If this is your first booking, you will need to sign up and add a payment method. It's quick, and you only have to do it once.

Once set up, you can see your trip in real time, and you are ready to book!

Once signed up, see on demand rides in real time.

3. Ride with MetroConnect

There will be a short walk to meet with your ride. Don't worry, Citymapper will guide you. During your ride, your driver may stop to pick up or drop off other riders along the way.

Service zones

MetroConnect has 12 service zones. Rides can start and end anywhere in the same zone. If you are in an area where two zones overlap, you can book a ride to either zone.

Payment & Fare

Pay in the Citymapper app, with Credit or Debit cards

$3.75 fare per ride will be collected at the time of booking.
$1.50 discounted transfer fare will apply when a trip is to/from a designated transit terminal that connects with Metrorail, Metrobus, or MetroExpress.

The app will automatically calculate your fare when you make a booking.
